Dear Sir: I -'

Our audit of the travel and commercial vouchers submitted by the
accounting and finance office at your installation for the period
October 1, 1969 through June 30, 1970 disclosed no errors in the
samples examined.

By letter dated January 29, 1970, we reported that the audit
of vouchers for the period April 1 through December 31, 1968 dis-
closed an error rate of 2.9 for travel vouchers. It appears that
the accuracy of paymentshas improved on travel vouchers.

Since this audit included payments from October 1, 1969 through
June 30, 1970, the findings may not be indicative of current operations.

                                                          Sincerely yours,

                                                          S, D, McElyea
