This case was opened on a company due to concerns regarding the proposed sub-awardee2
partner' s3 relationship with the PI4 regarding SBIR Phase I and Phase II awards 5 . We reviewed
the qualifications of the sub-awardee partner pertaining to the grant research, financial records,
and company records. This review revealed that the sub-awardee was qualified to carry out their
proposed portion of the research and that NSF funds were not misspent.
Accordingly, this case is closed.
