This case was opened pursuant to a referral from another agency OIG 1 regarding the possible
misuse of the NSF logo on a company2 website3 . We determined that the company had provided
consulting services to NSF over 10 years ago. We recommended that the company remove the
logo from its website, which it did. No additional action is required.
Accordingly, this investigation is closed.
